Partners in HomeCare Services LLC (PIHCS) is looking for an attentive and reliable Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Specialist to join our team! 
Pay Starting at $15.00 per hour 
Description

An Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Specialist is responsible for inputting, maintaining, and updating the company’s EVV system. The EVV Specialist will provide training and communication to employees regarding best practices for EVV utilization. 

Responsibilities
  • Collecting and entering data into the company’s EVV system
  • Reviewing records for accuracy
  • Maintaining and updating the EVV system as necessary
  • Monitoring EVV system daily to correct violations so that service delivery can be verified
  • Coordinating and communicating with the Care Coordinator(s) regarding EVV requirements and mandates as required
  • Communicating changes to services, authorizations, and schedules as it pertains to the client to the Care Coordinator(s)
  • Communicating EVV requirement guidelines to clients receiving services
  • Troubleshooting any problems, concerns, difficulties that clients are experiencing with the EVV system
  • Providing training with Care Assistants to ensure their understanding of the system
  • Communicating authorization changes and/or updates
  • Troubleshooting any problems, concerns, difficulties that Care Assistants are experiencing with the EVV system
  • Maintaining compliance standards in accordance with HIPPA, state, and federal laws
  • Writing processes and assist in policy development relating to the use of the EVV system
  • Monitoring EVV system for potential fraud to reduce incorrect billing
  • Initiating fraud investigations with Administrator
  • Generating weekly and periodic reports
  • Other data entry related tasks as assigned
  • Attending orientation, in-service training sessions, and staff meetings
Qualifications
  • Current Certificate in Data Entry or related field preferred
Experience
  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Systems: 1 year (required)
  • HHAeXchange System: 1 year (preferred)
  • Data Entry: 1 year (required)
  • Billing/Payroll: 1 year (required)
  • Computer Literacy: 1 year (required)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (required)
  • Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
